How It Works

Four steps. You decide how far to go.

Every engagement follows the same structure. You know what you are paying for before you commit to anything. You can stop after any step. There is no obligation to go further than the problem requires.

Fit Call

One conversation to understand the operational problem that keeps coming back and whether there is a fit worth pursuing.

No pitch. No pressure. If the fit is not there I will tell you. If you are not ready yet, that is fine too. You leave knowing whether a next step makes sense.

What to expect
I ask about the problem

What is breaking, how long it has been breaking and what you have already tried.

We agree whether there is a fit

Both sides decide whether a next step makes sense. No obligation either way.

You ask what you need to ask

How I work, what to expect, whether this is the right approach for your business.

Operational Chaos Mapping Session

A structured working session where we map the real state of your business. Not the version on paper. The version that actually exists day to day.

We look at your systems, data, processes and where the friction comes from. By the end you have a written picture of where the chaos starts and what it is costing you.

What you walk away with
A clear map of where the mess is

Written. Shared. Something you can show your team and act on whether or not we work together further.

What the chaos is costing

In time, money, owner attention or missed opportunity. Naming the cost makes the decision easier.

Where it originates

Most businesses are treating symptoms. This session finds the source.

Operational Readiness Audit

A full diagnostic across every layer of how your business operates. Strategy, governance, accountability, process, data, technology. We assess each one honestly and find where the foundations are weak.

Fixed fee. Defined scope. You know exactly what you are getting before you commit. The output is a prioritised order of attack, not a 60-page document that sits in a drawer.

What you walk away with
Root causes, not just symptoms

The problem you came in with is rarely the real problem. The audit finds what is underneath it.

A prioritised plan of attack

What to fix first, what to fix next and what can wait. In plain English. Ready to act on.

Yours to keep regardless

If you take the findings and fix things yourself, that is a good outcome. The work belongs to you from the moment it is delivered.

Fix Sprint or Advisory

If the audit identifies a clear problem with a clear fix and you want help fixing it, this is where that work happens. If it does not, it does not. There is no obligation to reach this step.

Both options are time-bounded and outcome-defined. No open-ended retainers and no guesswork about what you are paying for.

Two options
Fix Sprint

A fixed-term engagement to tackle the highest-priority issues identified in the audit. Fixed fee. Defined scope. You know the outcome before you start.

Ongoing Advisory

Fractional technology leadership for businesses making systems, data or technology decisions at pace. Strategic oversight without the full-time cost. Time-bounded, not open-ended.

Worth knowing

Three things you will not get here.

A junior doing the work

You work with the person who does the diagnosis. What I find I stay accountable for. The work does not get handed off.

A vendor agenda

I do not recommend products because someone wants them pushed. The recommendation has to fit the problem. That is the only test.

Lock-in

You can stop after any step. The findings from the audit are yours to keep. Every commitment has a defined end point.

Start here

Twenty minutes. No pitch. No obligation.

One conversation to understand your specific situation and confirm whether there is a fit worth pursuing. If there is not, you leave with a clearer picture of the problem and no pressure to do anything with it.
