The Core Promise
Our guarantee is simple: If you are not completely satisfied with the service you receive, and you raise your concerns within the timeframes specified in this policy, we will work with you to make it right. If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will issue a full refund for that specific service.
How to Raise an Issue
Contact Us Promptly: If at any point you are not satisfied, please contact us immediately via email. Provide your name, the service you purchased, and a detailed description of your concerns.
Collaborative Resolution: Our primary goal is to achieve the outcome you desire. We will first attempt to understand the issue and work collaboratively with you to rectify the situation.
Full Refund: If a satisfactory resolution cannot be found and the conditions of this policy are met, we will process a full refund for the service in question.
Policy Conditions by Service Type
To ensure fairness for all parties, our satisfaction guarantee is applied differently depending on the nature of the service provided.
Consultation Services (e.g., Quick Consult) The satisfaction guarantee is applicable for a period of 14 calendar days following the completion of the consultation service (i.e., after the final email reply or the conclusion of the video call). Any dissatisfaction must be reported within this 14-day timeframe to be eligible.
Remote ECU Calibration Services The guarantee is valid for the entire active period of the remote tuning process. Furthermore, if any dissatisfaction arises after the tuning process is deemed complete, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of final calibration file delivery to report your concerns. The guarantee does not apply if dissatisfaction is expressed after this 14-day window has closed and no prior issues were raised during the active tuning process.
In-Person ECU Calibration Services The guarantee is applicable at any point during the in-person tuning session. Additionally, if any dissatisfaction arises after the in-person session is complete, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of completion to report your concerns. Any issues or dissatisfaction must be reported within this timeframe to be eligible.
Limitations & Exclusions
This guarantee covers the quality of our calibration and consultation services only. It does not extend to issues outside of our direct control. The guarantee does not cover:
Mechanical, electrical, or hardware failures on the vehicle.
Issues arising from pre-existing conditions unknown to us at the time of service.
Dissatisfaction expressed after the timeframes specified above have expired.
Any changes or modifications made to the vehicle's hardware or software by the client or a third party after our service has been completed.
